Dental Savings Plan:
For Patients who do not have insurance, we offer an in -office dental plan to help our patients better afford routine dental care and maintenance procedures. Included in the plan we offer a 15% discount on all other procedures.
Anual Enrollment Fee:
Adult: $250 (Includes 2 Cleanings, 2 Exams, and all x-rays)
Child: $200 (Under 14 Years Old)
